Interested in becoming a vendor at The LOT? We're seeking local small businesses to participate in our 2024 markets and sell their goodies. If you're interested in this opportunity at either of our markets this year, please reach out, as we'd love to welcome more businesses from the neighborhood.

Vendors will be needed at our Flea Market on September 28th and our Holiday Market on December 7th and 8th. We welcome all types of vendors and can't wait to hear from you. Please fill out our form below or email for more information.


Where is The LOT?

The event location is at 383 Dorchester Avenue, South Boston, 02127

How do I get there?

Visitors to the event are encouraged to arrive by transit or bike. The MBTA Red Line Andrew Square station is a short 5-minute walk away. Bike parking will be available.

Parking is not provided. There is limited street parking for non-residents.

Those who choose rideshare (Uber/Lyft) will have drop off available at the following address:

South Boston, MA 02127

Do we need to RSVP to these events?

While RSVPing is not mandatory, it is encouraged! While these events are free there is a capacity limit, and once that hits, a line will form to get into the event.

Will there be alcohol?

Beer, wine, and hard seltzers will be sold at all events! All ages are welcome to every event and 21+ attendees will be ID’d at the door and provided a wristband.

Is there food/drinks for purchase?

Yes! There will be food trucks and the Cannonball Cantina at all events. The Cannonball Cantina will only accept credit/debit card and Apple Pay, but will NOT accept cash (other than for tips).

Are dogs allowed at The LOT?

Yes, you can bring your dogs in!
